Our Order Tracker allows you to see exactly where your fan is – from planning to production to dispatch – at any time of day or night. So how has it got better?
Now, once you’ve provided the details of one order, ALL your orders appear on the list, which means you can check each one without having to enter every order number. So no more rummaging through paperwork or emails to find the confirmations for each order you’ve placed. Everything you need to know - at a glance, saving you time and helping you plan your workload.
As before, we need your Customer Account Reference and either the Woods Sales Order Reference or the Customer Purchase Reference you supplied when an order was placed. The first screen you see will list the items on that order and show you where in the process they currently sit.
From there, simply hit the orange ‘See My Sales Orders’ button and you’ll get a list of all the orders you’ve placed showing which are complete and which are still open. You click on each one to get the full item list and the status of each. Customers who deal with us on a regular basis are already finding this new feature really helpful.
