Important Update – Changes to Ancillary Kits

At Woods Air Movement, we are committed to continuously improving our processes to provide better service and efficiency for our customers. As part of these improvements, we are making an important change to the way ancillary items are ordered.

What’s Changing?

Starting Tuesday, February 4th, we will no longer offer ancillary 'kits' for sale. Instead, all ancillary items will be available as individual components. This update is part of an enhancement project designed to improve our ordering and stock management systems, ensuring more accurate stock levels and a more efficient order process.

How Will This Affect You?

• If you use our Fan Selector tool, the process remains largely the same. Instead of seeing a kit with an AS number, you will now see and select individual parts.

• For manual orders, ancillary items will need to be ordered separately rather than as a pre-packaged kit.

Why Are We Making This Change?

By transitioning away from kits, we can better track stock levels, reduce delays, and ensure that each order is processed with greater accuracy. This adjustment aligns with our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This is an example of how you could order a flexible connector kit for a 630 fan. You will no longer use one code for the kit but need to order the flexible connector and the two clips you will require for the installation.
