Mumbai's first urban oasis development with a 7-acre private park, world-class amenities and unparalleled hospitality service.
Need
Required basement ventilation for their car park with a height restriction.
Solution
Due to the low ceiling height we developed a Low Profile Jet Fan for the first time in India. We successfully supplied 326 Jet Fans and a large number of Axial Fans, both standard and high temperature.
Lodha Group is one of the reputed Builders in Mumbai and The Park is one of their iconic Building.
We assisted with a complete CFD as well as providing a solution and products for exhaust and jet fans for their basement. Installing Jet Fans in the Basement having low ceiling height was a challenge which we enjoyed working on to find the optimal solution. Woods Low Profile design Jet Fans were used to provide the desired ventilation in the 3 storey Car Park.
